Meet Dr. James Chiu

Dr. James Chiu has practiced dentistry since 2011. His approach begins with listening carefully and paying attention to the details. He takes time to examine your oral health, explain what he finds in clear language, and answer questions before treatment begins.

When treatment is needed, Dr. Chiu focuses on relieving discomfort, addressing the underlying problem, and helping prevent more serious complications. Patients appreciate his gentle approach, clear explanations, and commitment to quality work.

Jill Keliihananui

Registered Dental Hygienist

Jill brings over 30 years of experience to our office. She was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from the University of Hawaii, where she resided for 22 years.

She is the mother of identical twin sons and enjoys spending time with her hobbies of photography, running, skiing and riding her dirt bike.

Maria (Len) Perez

Registered Dental Hygienist

Len brings over 20 years of experience in dentistry and has worked with Dr. Chiu for nearly a decade. She joined Chew Chew Dental as a Dental Hygienist in 2021 after earning her Dental Hygiene degree from Cerritos College.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to travel, from lively cities to beautiful natural destinations.

Catherine Tadros

Registered Dental Assistant

Catherine is a RDA who is passionate about providing compassionate, comfortable care and helping patients feel at ease throughout their visits. She takes pride in supporting the dental team and creating a welcoming, professional environment.

She enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending family gatherings, and creating meaningful memories with her loved ones.

Junming Lu

Dental Treatment Coordinator

Ming brings over 6 years of experience in the dental field and helps patients understand their treatment, insurance, and financial options. She enjoys making the process feel clear, comfortable, and easy to navigate.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, she enjoys connecting with patients and helping create a warm, welcoming experience at every visit.
