Meet Dr. James Chiu
Dr. James Chiu earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 2011, following his Bachelor's Degree in Science Biology from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, in 2007. To further his knowledge in modern dentistry, Dr. Chiu continued at the University of the Pacific to earn his certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry.
Dr. Chiu is a general dentist with advanced training in all aspect of dentistry. He also has a gentle chair-side manner that patients appreciate. Dr. Chiu is a member of the Orange County Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Chinese American Dental Society of Southern California. He is fluent in Mandarin, Chinese, Taiwanese, and English
Dr. Chiu is committed to serving not only his patients but those without easy access to dental care. He has given his time as a volunteer during numerous screenings at health and dental fairs, and has volunteered his dental expertise for dental organizations such as CDA Care, From the Heart, and Give Kids a Smile. Dr. Chiu has also done dental missions to help those in need. As an Eagle Scout, Dr. Chiu understands that giving back to the community is important, and he continues to bring his skills to those in need.
Meet Dr. Dannuo (Nova) Li
Dr. Dannuo (Nova) Li graduated in 2014 from Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, China. After graduation, Dr. Li practiced general dentistry with her mother, a dentist who has been practicing for over 20 years. In 2015, Dr. Li attended the University of Southern California Implant Program. She was inspired by the USC dental professors to expand her dental horizons by attending dental school in the United States of America. In 2018, Dr Dannuo Li earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at UCLA School of Dentistry.
Dr. Li specializes in comprehensive dentistry. She is very passionate about the dental field and takes pride in her work. She always keeps herself updated with state-of-the-art dental technology and research and is constantly pursuing advanced training from multiple renowned dental institutions to further her knowledge in modern dentistry.
Growing up with a dentist as a mother, Dr. Li witnessed first-hand how wonderful the dentist-patient relationship can be when the dentist is truly devoted to dentistry and to patients. Being so close to the dental field growing up also made Dr. Li very familiar with the emotions, concerns, and thoughts of patients. These experiences have heightened her compassion for patients and shaped her dedication to connecting with them in meaningful ways.
Dr. Li’s mother always encouraged Dr. Li to pursue excellent dentistry for the sake of patients and the community. As a result, Dr. Li is a firm believer of working together as a community and the importance of giving back. She has volunteered many times at Dental Health Fairs and Give Kids A Smile with the California Dental Association (CDA). Dr. Li also loves the diversity in cultures and one of her goals is to build bridges between different cultures, starting with mission trips. She has attended various dental mission trips and has even helped organize one with UCLA to China. Inspired and together with Dr. James Chiu, Dr. Li hopes to create more smiles, while growing with, as well as giving back to her community.
Outside of work, Dr. Li likes to travel to different countries to learn about their cultures and to see the wonders of the world. She also likes cycling, skating, horseback riding, and walking a very cute maltipoo dog named YoYo.

Our staff takes pride in providing remarkable service. We stay up-to-date on procedures and technology, attend continuing education courses, and train on the latest technology to meet and exceed the level of treatment you should expect to receive.
Caren is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She grew up in Long Beach and attended Orange Coast College Dental Assisting Program. She worked as a dental assistant while completing her education towards a dental hygiene degree.
She graduated with an Associate of Science Degree from Cerritos College Hygiene Program in 1997. She lives in Huntington Beach with her husband of 15 years.
Caren
Terri Kerr
Terri graduated from Pasadena City College Dental Hygiene School. She brings to the practice her immense experience. She prides herself in providing the best patient care.
In addition to hygiene, she instructs patients on the causes and treatment of periodontal disease, spending the time required to educate patients on appropriate home care. She provides periodontal therapy as needed, being sure patients in her care are comfortable through local anesthetic and/ or Nitrous Oxide Analgesia. Her dedication has helped our patients maintain optimal dental health and appearance for their lifetime.
In her spare time, Terri enjoys traveling, hiking and tandem cycling.
Jill, a Registered Dental Hygienist, brings over 30 years of experience to our office. She was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from the University of Hawaii, where she resided for 22 years.
She is the mother of identical twin sons and enjoys spending time with her hobbies of photography, running, skiing and riding her dirt bike.

Dianne Fallon
Dianne has worked in the dental profession for over 25 years. She loves what she does and the staff she has the privilege to work with.
When she is not working, she enjoys her time with her husband and two sons. She likes outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and going to concerts.
Diana Ortiz has been a dental assistant for 8 years. Growing up she was terrified of the dentist, but as she grew older her fear quickly turned into fascination and eventually passion for the field.
As a senior in high school she took a dental assisting and radiology course to further her knowledge and gain hands on experience in a clinical setting. This opportunity grew her interest in the field immensely. She continued her education at UCI and was able to volunteer at free health fairs, such as Care Harbor LA, CDA Cares, and those organized by Lestonnac Free Clinic. These experiences have contributed to her dedication and desire to help others with their oral health, not only through a traditional dental setting but also by spreading knowledge about the importance of oral hygiene.
In her free time she likes going on hikes and working out, but she gets her fair share of Netflix movies!
Diana Ortiz
Adriana Berber
Adriana Berber was born and raised in Orange County and graduated from Santa Ana Valley High School. She worked for Dollar Financial for 7 years and some of her duties consisted of cashing payroll, insurance, and settlement checks. During this time her office duties included loss prevention, loan processing, data processing, and information analyst. Adriana also worked for Bristol Park Medical Group in Fountain Valley for 5 years, started in Records department, moved to Walk-In reception, and finally worked in Radiology in reception as well. She has been working in the dental field with Dr. Chiu for over a year working the front office as a receptionist. Some of her duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying dental insurance policies and transferring patient information into our computer system. Adriana's future goals are to better her skills and to take a course to become x-ray dental certified. On her free time she likes to go to the beach, watch biographies and documentaries and take weekend getaways.
